SAFE AT PLAY
What You Can Do?
Support the incorporation of Safe at Play on Tyrah's birthday 4/12/16 @ 6:30 PM on the field of VCC. The hope is to create awareness in the prevention of needless childhood playground injuries, disabilities, and deaths.
Participants are asked to meet at 6:30 PM to briefly learn about the mission of Safe at Play and then blow bubbles for ten minutes which signifies that our children, like bubbles, are unique, delicate, and require careful handling and protection.
Every participant is asked to bring their own bubble solution, bubble pipes, blowers, wands, and other bubble-making devices. Some bubble solution and devices will also be available at the event.
Thank you for your support in keeping our children safe at play.
Please spread the word about this event to other supporters.

As a Girl Scout, Tyrah promised on her honor, “To serve God and my country, To help people at all times, And to live by the Girl Scout Law.” Our little Princess’ life was short, but we hope to make her legacy eternal by fulfilling her promise, bringing awareness, and effecting change. Look for this card so that you can pay it forward.
What You Can Do?
Let’s save more lives. Let’s train the next generation of lifesavers. Let’s teach America’s students to Be CPR Smart.
When ordinary people, not just doctors and EMTs, are equipped with the skills to perform CPR, especially if performed immediately, it can double or triple a victim’s chance of survival.
Help us add thousands of lifesavers to our communities. Join us in supporting the American Heart Association to ensure all students, parents, educators, and the community at large learn CPR.
To get started, please visit the American Heart Association website for free materials that you can print and/or post on social media:

What You Can Do?
Playgrounds don't become safer all by themselves. They need people like you to take action! So what can you do? Here are some suggestions:
Create and hang posters in schools and community areas outlining S.A.F.E. playground practices.
